The hotel rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. However, the rooms were a bit dark with views into other buildings at the back of the hotel, which was disappointing. In the future, I will not choose this hotel again.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms, though on the smaller side for a luxury hotel, were very clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the bathroom was small, the bathtub was tiny, and there was a minor issue with water flooding after a shower. The lighting in the room was not sufficient, which created a bit of a gloomy atmosphere. Additionally, the TV was small, and the minibar was not complimentary.
